MWA Project Meeting: Providence, Rhode Island, 2026
Overview
This year, we are very excited to hold the meeting at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island.
Radio astronomers are invited to attend from Monday 27 July to Thursday 30 July. Meeting room locations will be advised shortly.
Details
The event will be held in-person, with remote participation facilitated online. Online attendance is encouraged.
The time zone of the meeting will be that of the venue - US Eastern Daylight Time (AWST+12, UTC+3).

Registration
Registrations are OPEN for the MWA Project Meeting. Please register by accessing the form here, or through the Registration link in the left-hand menu of this page. Registrations for in-person attendance will close on July 17.
Online registrations will remain open until July 26.
Online meeting links will be sent to registered participants' email addresses closer to the event.
Call for Abstracts
The call for abstracts is OPEN for the MWA Project Meeting. Abstracts for presentations must be submitted through this page, or can be accessed through the left-hand menu. Abstracts are due by 30 June, for consideration by the SOC.
Science Group Meetings
Discussion among attendees is highly encouraged. To facilitate collaboration and meaningful interactions among scientific groups, small breakout rooms are provided on day 1, 27 July. Further details will be provided here soon.
