The Australian Research Centre (ARRC), located in Kensington, Western Australia, is a leading research institute managed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO). The Curtin Institute of Radio Astronomy (CIRA), located across from ARRC, serves as the primary base of operations for the MWA Australian Lead consortium.
The project meeting will be held in the ARRC auditorium.
Please enter through the main entry and turn right where you'll find the registration desk.
Catering will be provided for in-person participants.
A video link will be sent to registered participants the day prior to the event, for online access to the meeting.
Locations during the meeting will be published in the schedule that will be available closer to the meeting date.
Sundowner
Join us for a sundowner at the Lantern on Level 7 of the Curtin Library, where you'll enjoy stunning views of the southern end of the Curtin campus. The event will take place on 29 August from 5pm to 7pm and will celebrate the official launch of MWA Phase 3.

The nearest airport to the venue is Perth (PER) International Airport which is 12.8 km away. Taxis, share ride such as Uber, and public transport options are available at the airport and to help you get around town.
Getting to Technology Park from the main campus for the project meeting is quick and easy. Simply hop on the free Curtin Access Bus (CABS), which runs on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM and is fully wheelchair accessible. Hail the bus anywhere along the route, get off at Delaeter Way/ Turner Avenue and walk across the road to ARRC.You can find the timetable for Technology Park route here.
Accommodation
Attendees can book a room at Nesuto Curtin (located within the Curtin campus) at a special conference rate for stays between 25 Aug to 31 Aug 2025.
A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation, and the full payment is required upon guest’s arrival. If any booking will be paid by a third-party or a corporate credit card, a written payment authority is required to be emailed to hotel prior to guest arrival.
